You can invite  team members, friends, family and even rivals by simply navigating to the 'Invite' button from the top menu when you're logged in to the app, or clicking the "+" from the connections menu.

As soon as your invitee becomes a ‘connection’ in F4S, they will appear in your Connections menu. You will now have access to compare your motivations with each other.
